How to Place Orders:
* Schools, Musea, National Trust and Government institutions (UK only), can simply place orders online.
* Confirmation of receiving the order is by return email.
* If applicable forward our invoice to your authority, payment has to be made within 30 days.
* Use the Schools, Musea, Nat. Trust special payment option in the Check out zone.
* We aim to dispatch large orders within 3 working days.
* Orders will include a VAT invoice/receipt.
* National Trust, Musea etc. accounts can be arranged.
* National Trust partners/agencies can use the appropriate forms for opening an account.
* Orders can also be placed by phone, fax or post.
* Please contact us first to check out stock-levels when ordering quantities of 10 or more of a single item.
* This service applies to registered United Kingdom based institutions only.
