Last Minute orders information for within the UK|
Contact us (by phone/fax) before 1.00pm (13:00hrs) to check if we can arrange Next Day or Next Day Saturday delivery.
Normally we can arrange this, but occasionally we might be attending trade shows, have half day closing or even be on Holiday.
Do NOT place an online order with the Next Day (24 hour) or Next Day Saturday Delivery option without contacting us.
Parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail's Special Delivery, ParcelForce or by Courier for larger parcels.
A signature is required, please make sure someone can accept the parcel to avoid complications.

Costs guideline Next Day delivery UK Mainland:
Postage costs for Next Day Delivery are from £7.95, depending on size and/or weight of parcel (up to 30KG).
When you have placed your items in your shopping cart, a 'Delivery Option' dropdown menu shows you the costs of 48 hour, Next Day, Timed and Next Day Saturday delivery.
Next Day Saturday delivery costs from £9.85 for a light parcel (by Royal Mail); appr £25.00 for heavier and/or larger parcels up to 30KG (by ParcelForce/Business Post/TNT).
Please note: All Next Day Delivery options have to be confirmed by phone; we need to prepare your goods in time and we advise you to instruct us before 1.00pm (13:00 hrs). We accept no responsibility for Next Day/Saturday/Times deliveries gone wrong if you do not confirm arrangement with us by phone.

ParcelPost International & Overseas orders:
Faster Expedited ParcelPost delivery may be available to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc. If it is available it will be an option with costs showing up under 'delivery options' in the shopping cart.
Examples of Expedited delivery times:
Destinations west of the UK (e.g. USA/Canada) and 3 working days for a destination east of the UK ( e.g Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand).
Shipping costs by faster Expedited ParcelPost for to eg. USA start at £32.50
* Remember there is a time difference between you and us over here in the UK, when you have an urgent international order! Here's a typical example: order deadline for 2 day DataPost delivery service to North America-East Coast is Wednesday 10.00 hrs OUR TIME if you want the parcel to arrive Saturday before 13.00 hrs YOUR TIME!

Terms of Delivery:
Goods are dispatched with a suitable carrier company or Royal Mail under their conditions of transport. We do not accept any responsibility for any delay during the transportation of your goods by Royal Mail or any carrier company. We will always assist you as much as we can in case a parcel goes missing or when goods do not arrive in time. Important - please read!
Due to rising fuel costs courier companies have changed their delivery charge structure and this will affect you in the following situations:
A: We arranged a certain delivery date with you, but you were not in and missed delivery. The courier company will charge our company the extra costs of re-delivery and we reserve the right to charge these extra costs to your account - each re-delivery attempt will cost from £6.95 depending on the size of the parcel.
If the parcel is returned to us after delivery attempts have failed, we are charged in the region of £15.00; these return-to-sender costs will also be charged to your account.
B: The above also applies to purchases, which are sent as a gift to a third party!
If your gift can not be delivered, the original buyer is reponsible for the extra re-delivery or return-to-sender costs. However, we will advise you before we dispatch your parcel about the extra costs for dispatch by Parcel Force - their charges are higher than our courier companies, but the advantage is that non-delivered goods can be picked up from the nearest Parcel Force or Royal Mail depot.
How will the above affect placing an order?
If your order is large, bulky and/or over 2 kg in weight, dispatch will be with a courier company; their recent extra charges for re-delivery attempts force us only to accept payment by credit card, not by cheque, cash or debit card.
